About us
Our history goes back to 1898, when five generations ago our ancestors started a
tradition as butchers, which was passed from generation to generation up to ours.
With this legacy that has set the standards of our Company during these more than 100
years, we have maintained fidelity to tradition and clarity in our guidance towards a
premium segment.
Producing in a handcrafted way from the very beginning in 1898, we always follow a
strict process in which the final goal is to obtain a product of premium quality and
highly distinctive from others. And for this, we must rely on a careful selection of raw
materials and a rigorous method of development in which we combine our traditional
know-how, but combined with the newest technology.
It is for this reason that we have facilities in the Province of Teruel, which is an ideal
location for the production of Serrano Ham, between the Mountain chains of Gudar and
Javalambre, due to its climate of cold winters and low humidity conditions.
With the legacy of our ancestors we have remained faithful to always obtaining an excellent quality in our products.
